Tim is a German-American author, entrepreneur, and consultant with 20 years’ experience in marketing leadership roles in the design, technology, and entertainment industries. He is the author of the international bestseller, The Business Romantic: Give Everything, Quantify Nothing, and Create Something Greater Than Yourself (HarperCollins, 2015). Before launching Leberecht & Partners, Tim most recently served as the chief marketing officer of NBBJ, a global design and architecture firm. From 2006 to 2013, he was the chief marketing officer for product design and innovation consultancy Frog Design. Julia von Winterfeldt, leadership and transformation coach
Julia is the founder of SoulWorx and an independent strategy consultant and leadership coach. She has 18 years’ experience in managing organizational growth with globally recognized design and technology consultancies, and was based in Germany, the US, and the UK in senior management roles. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of AKQA in Germany and prior to that as Managing Director with Accenture Interactive across DACH. At Sapient, Julia led the integration of creative acquisitions to form SapientNitro, and as strategic partner and global client executive grew and led Unilever’s digital transformation across three continents. Julia combines strong strategy and operational acumen with creativity and mindfulness.
Till Grusche, brand and marketing strategist
Till is an expert for brands, communication, and growth with 14 years of experience in global marketing and business development roles. He has spent most of his career with leading design and creative firms in Amsterdam, London, San Francisco, Berlin, and Munich: He served as Global Head of Marketing at frog, as VP Marketing & Business Development at Huge and is currently working with IXDS to drive strategic growth. Till has also worked in the start-up world as the CMO at Carpooling, Europe's largest ride-sharing platform at that time. He has extensive experience in producing and curating trend and innovation conferences and events, and he is still the singer of that same promising punk rock band since 1996.
Jaimie Stettin, project manager
Jaimie is a creative strategist focused on narrative and the stories we tell ourselves and others. In addition to her work with Leberecht & Partners, she advises artists, entrepreneurs, and foundations on project development. Jaimie is a New Yorker who's been living in Paris since 2013 when she moved for a Fulbright Fellowship. Prior to that, she spent a year living in rural South Korea, where she taught English. It was in Korea that Jaimie and a friend conceptualized and produced the print magazine, PECAN, a traveling travel and art publication, with issues based in Paris, Vancouver, and Seoul. Jaimie’s years of travel, living, and working abroad continue to add insight, perspective, and joy to her work.

Jonathan is a researcher and writer who specializes in using deep and thick qualitative methods to explore the emotional motivations, narrative structures, and ritual experiences that build meaning in commercial culture. Over the course of his 20 years in cultural market research, he has worked with many Fortune 500 corporations, including leading healthcare, technology, finance, and nutrition brands. Research in partnership with these clients has aimed to enrich their professional cultures through the exploration of the emotional journeys people go through as they administer and use their products and services. Jonathan has worked both as an independent research consultant and through firms such as Kenny & Associates, Brandtrust, and Inqui.
